- 1 cup | 250g softened butter
- 3/4 cup | 200g brown sugar
- 3/4 cup | 200g white sugar
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 ½ tsp | 55g vanilla extract
- 2 cups | 220g flour
- 1 ¼ tsp | 8.55g baking soda
- 1 ¼ tsp | 55g salt
- 1/2 cup | 120g Marv’s Malted Milk Powder
- 1 pound | 455g chocolate chips
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Lightly beat eggs and mix with butter, vanilla and sugar.
- Mix all dry ingredients and sift slowly into the egg and sugar mixture.
- Then add chocolate chips.
- Drop about 1 tablespoon of dough onto a lightly greased or parchment-covered baking pan.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until edges turn a darker brown. For more crisp cookies, bake another 2 or three minutes.
- Cool and enjoy.
