Marv’s Malted Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 1 cup | 250g softened butter
  • 3/4 cup | 200g brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup | 200g white sugar
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 ½ tsp | 55g vanilla extract
  • 2 cups | 220g flour
  • 1 ¼ tsp | 8.55g baking soda
  • 1 ¼ tsp | 55g salt
  • 1/2 cup | 120g Marv’s Malted Milk Powder
  • 1 pound | 455g chocolate chips
  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Lightly beat eggs and mix with butter, vanilla and sugar.
  3. Mix all dry ingredients and sift slowly into the egg and sugar mixture.
  4. Then add chocolate chips.
  5. Drop about 1 tablespoon of dough onto a lightly greased or parchment-covered baking pan.
  6. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  7. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until edges turn a darker brown. For more crisp cookies, bake another 2 or three minutes.
  8. Cool and enjoy.
